Very good price-performance ratio. The shuttle service on weekends is also an advantage.
Public transport connections to the city centre are not the best. It took about 40 minutes to get to Puerta del Sol.

Friendly staff, good equipment. Good location although not very close to the centre. Sufficient number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. As a result very recommendable!
Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were offered a smoking room. After a complaint we were helped without any problems and even with an upgrade. That's why it's Mini Minus.

Had the guest room which was huge with toilette. Staff were excellent and affable, and facilities were very good here. The fact that Manoteras tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy. I enjoyed the nice relaxation area with a sauna and jacuzzi. It was a great experience 😊

The Double or Twin Room was clean and spacious. I loved the comfy bed, but the pillows were terrible. The bathroom seemed nice with soft towels and everything, a plus. Just wish the air conditioning worked better-kind of a bummer when it was warm out.

Reception, room, restaurant, spa - all in very good condition. The room is really comfortable and luxury designed. Smoker rooms available. Location perfect if you have a car. Parking outside Calle30 in front of the hotel for free but directly connected with the highway - 15min in the center by car. Full minibar / a little bit overpriced. So overall suuuuper 3 days - we would have needed more.
The gym is not a gym - its a shame compare to the rest of the hotel. Old and/or very used devices, and only 3 cadrio and 1 tower.

Husa Nuevo Madrid is an excellent hotel ,the staff are very professional, and the room are very confertable and quiet ,i had enjoy my stay in it ,taxi is avalable in front of the hotel , the area is peace and nice to walk
